In other CRMs I have used, the search function is easier to use yet more complete in one important aspect. We should have more search options. Search parameters should include: Contains Does not contain Contains data Does not contain data Starts with Ends with Equal to Greater than or equal to Greater than Less than or equal to Less than Not equal to Any chance that Nimble will upgrade the search parameters to offer most if not all the above options?

Phone Automation is crucial for Sales. The scope of functionality that CRMs support are: ability to manage call lists ability to dial from within CRM ability to log outcomes of calls. Advanced functionality: get records and transcripts AI analysis of conversations Reporting on call outcomes.

Dear Nimble Team, I’ve been using Nimble actively for managing deals, and while the platform is very helpful, I’ve encountered a few limitations that I hope can be improved in future updates: More Flexible Reporting Currently, the reporting templates are too basic. It would be extremely valuable if Nimble could allow flexible selection of custom deal fields as both dimensions and metrics in reports. At the moment, we often have to export raw data and build separate reports outside Nimble, which defeats the purpose of using Nimble as a centralized management tool. Bulk Editing for Deals It would be a great time-saver to support bulk editing of deal statuses. Right now, updates must be made one by one, which is inefficient when handling a large number of deals. Better Support for Tencent Enterprise Email The current Nimble plugin has very weak compatibility with Tencent Enterprise Email. It cannot automatically recognize emails on the page, which limits its usefulness for users in markets where Tencent’s service is widely adopted. Improved support here would make Nimble much more convenient for a broader range of users. I believe these improvements would significantly enhance Nimble’s usability and value for users who rely heavily on deal tracking and reporting. Thank you for considering these suggestions. The lack of being able to create a report for a specific client's activities or list of clients is very restricting. How do you prepare a report on a lead and be able to share with an another team member that may not be part of the sales team and online with Nimble.

I'm surprised that I have to suggest this, but please make the addresses in contacts clickable on your IOS app. It would make things so much easier to have it linked to the default navigation app. I spoke to support about it months ago. They made it seem like it was already a function, but they couldn't get it to work and told me that they would get back to me and never did.

A report with all activities in a specified period; filtered on a tag. Online view is table with line per activity. Sort on Company name or Dates. Per line Date/Contact/Activitytype and first words. PRINT/EMAIL A PDF with full texts of the remarks/notes.

A lot is happening within NImble's message form, and threads are hard to read. Streamlining the interface will help users respond to the messages faster and reach more people in a day.

Ability to send messages through services like Sendgrid, Mandrill, or others, for use cases of sending marketing email blasts.
